The irreplaceable beauty of nature is evident in these elegant onyx tea light holders. Every piece is made to our specifications for our collection by our artisan partners, using simple tools and skills that have been passed down through the generations. As the stone varies, these vessels possess individual patterns, which are especially beautiful when they’re showcased during the evening hours so that the light can shine through.
Due to the nature of this organic material, every piece is one-of-a-kind. Cracks, holes and variations in hue and markings are common.
Artisans
This artisan family in Central Mexico has been working with stone for over three generations. While they make smaller custom pieces for our collection, their specialty has traditionally been larger sculptural works, along with sinks and counters for custom homes. While these particular stones are from Puebla and Oaxaca, they source their materials throughout Mexico for a range of textures, hues and styles.
